We’re proud to have delivered the rooftop extension at Cherwell House, a student accommodation building alongside the railway line into Oxford station, working with Adrian James Architects and Savvy Group. 🏗️
This airspace development added two new storeys on top of the existing two-storey building, creating much-needed student accommodation without the need for new land or demolition. Our team constructed the new storeys using Timber Frame and Metal Web Joist Cassettes, a lightweight, precision-engineered solution well suited to building on top of an existing structure.
