Crendon Wem has undergone a significant transformation with the redevelopment of its site.

The old Nissen huts which dated back to World War two have been removed to make way for new facilities. In their place a larger insulated building has been constructed which features several important upgrades that enhance its functionality and efficiency.
The new facility has electric sensor roller shutter doors, improved drainage systems, an expanded concrete storage area that will significantly increase manufacturing capacity of Metal Web Posi-Joists,
Spandrel Panels and Gable Panels, all with improved crane handling and LEV systems in place.
Solar PV roof panels have been installed to help reduce our carbon footprint and generate 50% of the electricity we use as part of our overall business electrification programme.
This redevelopment is an important part of Crendon Timber Engineering’s ongoing plan for development. We are making significant investment in our buildings and equipment to enhance our operations. Our goal is to provide customers in the UK with the highest quality products and services. By improving our facilities, we can better meet the needs of our customers.
This commitment to excellence will help us strengthen our position in the market and support our long-term success.
