As the Timber Frame supplier, Timber Innovations is proud to have played a role in this exemplary low-carbon and circular economy initiative, which showcases a remarkable Glulam and Timber Frame structure that meets Passivhaus standards. The building features renewable energy solutions, including rooftop photovoltaics and a ground source heat pump, resulting in an impressive EPC A+ rating, and generating more energy than it consumes. This project sets a new standard for sustainable commercial architecture, blending biophilic design with adaptable workspaces and environmentally conscious practices.
