- Transport – Best in class for idling, zero driver tacho infringements, 3 in top 5 for HGV driver behaviour, all compliance KPI’s on target.
- Production – Labour % of sales below 10% target with factory expenses below 2.5% target.
- Finance – Very solid Branch sales showing highest YTD month ROS.
- Customers – Extremely positive survey responses confirming the branch high level of service and OTIF measure.
