- Sales and profit both exceeding budget and prior year.
- Enquiries and quotes comfortably surpassing prior year levels.
- Operational output growth, with Truss production up 8.5% and Panel output up 55% on prior year.
- Best‑in‑class performance across Labour, Haulage, Direct Expenses and Sales per Employee KPI’s, both in the month and year to date.
